Homemade French Bread

I have learned that there is one food that everyone should learn how to make. It’s a good that is great no matter what the occasion or reason. When you think in consent of  best bread maker then It’s a food that compliments every other food out nicely. It’s great as an appetizer. It’s great as a side. It goes nicely with salad, soup, and main entrees. I am of course talking about bread. It’s simple and delicious to learn how to make your own, but it can be overwhelming. After all, there are so many different types of bread out there, and so many different recipes. My favorite is french bread, and making the dough is quick, simple, and still delicious!

To begin, we must first gather all of our ingredients. We will need flour, dry yeast, salt, water, cornmeal, and an egg white. The majority of the ingredients used, are things that many of us already have in our cabinets! To begin, combine two cups of flour, two and a half packages of yeast, and a teaspoon and a half of salt. Then, stir in two cups of warm water and beat until all blended smoothly.

While doing that, I continue to add about four more cups of flour, or however much of that it will allow me! Next is the fun part. I knead the dough, and then set it aside in a warm area to rise. After that, the remaining steps are our easy, and most basic ways of preparing bread dough. Before we bake the bread, we add the final two ingredients. We sprinkle a little bit of cornmeal a top our dough, and we brush it with an egg white. That’s it! Into the oven it goes, and in just a little less than an hour, we will have a delicious chunk of french bread.

I have found that baking french bread is truly one of the most simply things out there. Now that my favorite recipe is out there, there is no reason that people should head to the grocery store to buy those loaves! This homemade recipe is way more delicious, way cheaper in the long run, and way more heartfelt.

Guests will be able to tell the difference. I have also found that they are honored when they find out that you took time out of your day to really go that extra mile and prepare fresh homemade bread for them. Over all, it’s quick and simple to make this bread dough. I have found that almost anyone can learn, and almost anyone can do it. It’s a great recipe to keep on hand too if ever needing something quick to go with homemade soup or a salad lunch. It’s also phenomenal as a dinner pairing.


Fresh and Warm Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls have always been one of the most requested breakfast options in our home. They’re a delicious sweet treat, that just seem to hit the spot for breakfast. Through the years,I have tried lots of different ways of making these.

They’ve all turned out differently, and it took a lot of trial and error to really find the recipe that has worked the best. I have found that the most delicious cinnamon rolls are the ones that I make in a bread machine.

My bread machine was truly one of the best purchases that I’ve made, because it cuts down a lot of my cooking time, and worries.

I first put my yeast into my bread machine. I add that first on bottom, and then I pour in my flour, sugar, and salt. After that, I head to my microwave to melt my butter so it’s easy to work with. I add in a mybeaten egg, my water, and my milk.

Now it’s time to pour my dry ingredients into my bread machine after I’ve set it to the dough setting.

Once the dough is done, I put it onto a lightly floured surface so that it’s easy to work with. I knead in just the right amount of flour to be able to easily manipulate my bread.

After that, it’s the technical aspects. I roll up my dough and I cut it into circles about an inch thik before placing in a greased pan. I cover that pan and place it in a warm area so that it can rise.

Then comes the fun part!

After it’s done baking for about 25 minutes, I make my own glaze. The glaze is the fun part where I get creative and try out different ways. I encourage you to do the same. Powdered sugar, vanilla, and a little bit of milk are what I use to drizzle on top of these treats! Also, don’t forget to add generous amounts of cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter to the inside of the roll before baking. That’s what makes them sweet and delicious!

Overall, this is my favorite breakfast food. I like to make it as a weekend treat, or for special occasions!

The homemade is so much better than those store bought cans, and they are sure to have everyone ranting and raving. I always get asked for these by request. I don’t think it would be as possible to make as good of ones without my bread machine!

It really cuts the guess work out of what I am doing so that I can focus on making the perfect batch of cinnamon rolls that are delicious for my whole family.
